Description

The South African Police Service invites unemployed graduates to apply for the Graduate Recruitment Scheme under the Corporate Support component. This 12-month internship offers practical workplace experience aligned with the National Human Resource Development Strategy and the National Skills Development Strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with the compilation of reports and presentations
  • Support quality assurance of reports/presentations
  • Handle administration duties related to Monitoring and Evaluation
  • Provide office and secretarial support to the Section Head: Monitoring and Evaluation
  • Plan and update diary entries, book meetings, and secure venues for the Section Head
  • Notify Section Head of scheduled meetings
  • Assist with ad-hoc requests as needed

Qualifications

  • Be a South African citizen
  • Possess a National Senior Certificate (or equivalent NCV L4)
  • No criminal record or pending cases
  • Unemployed and never employed in the field of the post
  • Never participated in an internship programme relevant to this field
  • Reside in the province where the post is advertised
  • Three (3) year National Diploma in Strategic Management /Research/ Office Administration/Management and related studies
